Little Bytham village is approximately 9 miles from Stamford and 14 miles from Grantham.
The Stretton access to the A1 is around 4 miles to the West.
This plot comprises the Southern portion of the garden and area of the bungalow at Hillview, Station Road.
It comprises of an area of garden and vacant land which tapers to a point at the Southern end.
